We Get To Know You
Complete our Registration form & receive an email with additional information and link to schedule our Family Assessment call where we get to know your family and answer any questions.
We Find Your Ideal Candidates
Once you accept our proposal, sign the Family Services Agreement, and pay the initial Search Fee, we create a personalized job description and begin recruiting/screening applicants.
We will coordinate interviews for your family with the candidates and provide you with an Interview Guide. Once you’ve found your ideal match we’ll walk you through the on-boarding process and provide a template work agreement.

Search Fee: $500
Final Placement Fee: $2,150

*Includes a 90-day replacement guarantee.
Part-Time Nanny Subscription
Search Fee: $500
Subscription Fee: $175/Month
Perfect for families needing short-term care (under 1 yr).
*Includes up to 3 replacements within a 12 month period.

Part-Time Nanny Placement:
To begin the process for a Part-time Nanny Placement, the Client shall pay a five hundred ($500.00) dollar search fee. This is a non-refundable fee.
Upon successful placement of a Part-time Nanny, the Client shall pay the Part-time placement fee of two thousand one hundred fifty dollars ($2,150). The Client will pay the Part-time Nanny directly for his or her services. The Client will have a 90-day guarantee on the Nanny placement.
Additional replacement periods are available via our a la carte options.
Part-Time Nanny Subscription:
To begin the process for our Part-time Nanny Subscription, the Client shall pay a five hundred ($500.00) dollar search fee. This is a non-refundable fee.
Upon successful placement of a Part-time Nanny, the Client shall pay a monthly part-time subscription fee of one hundred seventy-five dollars ($175) as long as the Nanny, or any other Southern Coast Nanny placement, is employed by the Client. The Client will pay the Part-time Nanny directly for his or her services. The Client will have up to three (3) replacement Candidates within a twelve (12) month period.
